Below are a list of suggested routes.

Option 1: 6 nights 7 days – Marangu Route
Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi and across into Tanzania at the border of Namanga. Passing through immigration you will drive to Arusha for lunch (not included). Post lunch you will be driven to Moshi for 4pm where you will spend the night in B&B style accommodation.
Day 2: After breakfast a 1 hr drive passing through Marangu Village, on the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro, will get you to Marangu Gate. After registration at the park office the fist hike will start. The first 5hrs (12 kilometers) will take you through natural forest to Mandara Hut at 2700metres for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Early morning breakfast and then a 6 hr walk (15kms) to Horombo Hut at 3,700 meters. The walk is very gentle through moorland and heather. A picnic lunch is provided en-route. Dinner and overnight Horombo Hut.
Day 4: After breakfast commence the 6hr hike to the Kibo Hut. The 6 hr hike (15kilometers) through the moorland and 'The Saddle' passing the last water point on the mountain. Picnic enroute, dinner and overnight at Kibo hut at 4700m.
Day 5: Wake up at midnight and set off for the summit. The hike passes via Hans Meyer cave, Gillman's point and Stella Point. The 8 hr walk takes you up to Uhuru Peak at 5896m. Staying long enough for some photos and to appreciate the incredible spectacle and achievement the 3 hrs descent past Kibo hut followed by another 3 hrs to Horombo hut for overnight.
Day 6: After breakfast you continue the descent past Mandara hut down to the park gate where successful climbers will be awarded certificates of achievement having made it to the top. The transfer vehicle will take you to your hotel for overnight.
Day 7: After breakfast connect with your transfer back to Nairobi, unless you would like to spend another day acclimatising at the foot of the mountain at an extra cost of US$ 110.00.
Option 1: 6 nights 7 days – Machame / Mweka Route
DAY 1: Transfer from Nairobi and across into Tanzania at the border of Namanga. Passing through immigration you will drive to Arusha for lunch (not included). Post lunch you will be driven to Moshi for 4pm where you will spend the night in B&B style accommodation.
DAY 2: After breakfast, you are transferred top the Machame park gates where you enter the rain forest. The hike keeps you amongst the giant trees for about 4 hours, picnic lunch en route, after which you are almost at Machame camp 3000m for dinner and overnight.
DAY 03: After breakfast, you climb out of the rain forest and into a moorland zone. After about 5 hours hike, picnic lunch arrive the Shira plateau – Shira hut at 3840m for dinner and overnight.
DAY 04: After spending the night at near zero degrees Celsius, you rise early and head off due east, straight towards Kibo. After about 2 hours, you gain altitude sharply toward Lava Tower 4570m and it is normally around this point where the first signs of altitude sickness could show. Descend to Barranco camp at 3900m.
DAY 05: After spending a night at the Great Barranco wall, you now appreciate how beautiful Kilimanjaro really is. Along hike through the Karanga Valley brings you to join with Mweka route. This is preferred route down the summit. Turn left up the ridge and after another hour or so, you reach Barafu hut, 4750m and you will now be at same altitude as the day before at Lava Tower.
DAY 06: A steep and difficult hike of about 6 hours brings you to the crater rim at Stella Point. Proceed on to reach Uhuru peak before turning back to Barafu and then Mweka camp 3100m or overnight.
DAY 07: After an early and well-deserved breakfast, it is a short and scenic hike back to the park gate and your certificate of achievement for having reached the summit. Transfer to spring land hotel Moshi for overnight on b/b basis.
DAY 08:After breakfast, you are transferred to connect with your transport vehicle back to Nairobi arriving by 6.30 p.m.
Option 3: 6 nights 7 days Shira/Mweka Route
The Shira Route is one of the most fascinating and scenic areas of Kilimanjaro. The road to the starting point is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles.
DAY 1: Transfer from Nairobi and across into Tanzania at the border of Namanga. Passing through immigration you will drive to Arusha for lunch (not included). Post lunch you will be driven to Moshi for 4pm where you will spend the night in B&B style accommodation.
DAY 2: Drive to the National Park gate at Lindorossi on West Kilimanjaro. We commence the climb walking through the Mountain rain forest towards the plateau at 3658m lunches en route. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
DAY 03: After breakfast we continue walking towards the Shira hut 362m for lunch. The day is spent acclimatizing. A visit can be made to the plots cone on the ridge. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
DAY 04: After we continue each towards Kibo, passing the junction we veer southeast towards. The Lava Tower know as the sharks tooth shortly after the Tower we cross a second junction and continue up to the Arrow Glacier hut 4877m dinner and overnight at the camp site.
DAY 05: Early in the morning commences the assent to Uhuru Peak 5895m the highest point in Africa. We now descend tot he Mweka encampment for dinner and overnight.
DAY 06: After breakfast we continue descending down to the Mweka park gate and transfer to the hotel in Moshi for overnight bed & breakfast.
DAY 07: After breakfast, you are transferred to connect with your transport vehicle back to Nairobi arriving by 6.30 p.m.
Option 3: 7 nights 8 days Kilimanjaro Rongai Route
Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi and across into Tanzania at the border of Namanga. Passing through immigration you will drive to Arusha for lunch (not included). Post lunch you will be driven to Moshi for 4pm where you will spend the night in B&B style accommodation.
DAY 02: After breakfast transfer to the Kenya / Tanzania Border for clearnce with the Customs department and onwards to Customs Rongai in Tanzania 6 km from Loitoktok. After going through the Immigration formalities, transfer a further 2-km to Rongai starting point 2100m where the mountain crew will be waiting. The climb starts through a natural rain forest where Columbus monkeys can be seen. Overnight will be spent in tents at the first cave.
DAY 03: You start in the morning walking through the moorland to the Kikelewa caves – 3600m. The climb takes about 6 hours with a lunch at the 2nd cave 3300m. Overnight will be in tents.
DAY 04: After breakfast, you continue towards the Mawenzi Tarn Hut 4330m, lunch will be taken on the way. From the Tarn you will enjoy a magnificent view towards Kibo, your final target. Experience rock climbers can opt to conquer Hans Meyers peaks at 5149m, however at your own risk. The night will be spent in tents.
DAY 05: After your good rest before the summit ascends, you hike to School hut 4750M and set up tents. The walk takes 6 hours and leads through the alpine desert [scree & stone].
DAY 06: After a short night and a hot drink, the final ascend starts at about 1.30 a.m. The path leads through gradually steeper getting screed to the Gillman's point 5685m from where you can watch sunrise and the magnificent ice fields. After a short break, you then proceed along the crater rim to the Uhuru peak 5895m reaching there at approximately. 9.00 am. After your summit photo, you then descend to Kibo Hut before dropping to Horombo Hut 3720m where you spent the night.
DAY 07: The final leg which takes about 4 hours starts heading for Marangu gate 1800m. Here, you will be awarded your certificate before proceeding to Arusha for a hot shower and sumptuous evening at the spring land hotel on bed & breakfast basis.
DAY 08: After breakfast, you are transferred to connect with the shuttle bus to Nairobi arriving by 6.30 hours.
