Feedback - 

The holiday was amazing and everything went like clockwork so a big thank you for that. We loved Loisaba ad Kirsty the manager was great as were our guides Sam and Oscar. Food was superb, wildlife was spectacular and views were amazing. Ol Seki was also great and the tents were fabulous but we preferred Loisaba and Little Governors as they were simply amazing. Our guide, Julius, at Little Governors deserves special mention as he was superb and probably the best and nicest guide we have ever had. Thanks again and we will certainly recommend you to all our friends. This was the best safari holiday of all of our lives and we have been on quite a few so I think you should be very pleased with yourself!!

Feedback - 

Marc thanks for organising an epic honeymoon for us, it was fantastic start to end and was seamless. The highlights were the activities at Borana, the game drives at Porini, the lazy days eating seafood and snorkelling at Pongwe and Zanzibar Serena which was out of this world. Will spend more than 1 night there next time! There was also a funny moment at Loisaba when I almost fell of my horse which my new wife thoroughly enjoyed!  Thanks again.

Thanks for organising such an awesome honeymoon! We had a great time at Msambweni House and were very well looked after. We loved Loisaba as the accommodation was so unique and we loved sleeping out under the stars. The night game drives, walks and staff were fantastic. Ol Seki was simply fantastic. The tents were so luxurious, the views breathtaking and there was so much game. Thanks for all your help. I have already recommended you to some friends looking for a honeymoon next year.

Feedback - We had the best time on honeymoon. All our feedback is positive! The inter-connecting flights all worked well, slightly nervous on the first one as I guy on a bike with a stick tried to clear the runway of game so the plane could take off. Not quite Heathrow! Both Rekero and Kinondo were great and would be recommended to our friends. They both went to great lengths to make it special for us by setting up private areas for us to have dinner and be alone. The best holiday I've had and can't wait to go back.

Feedback - We had an absolutely incredible time, everything was seamless. Highlight was on one of our night game drives when we came across a pride of 8 lion with a kill. They were constantly having to fend off 15 hyena and 6 or so silver back jackals. Amazing!! Perfect way to start married life! Thank you so much for arranging everything.

e had a great time. It was all very good.  We had a nice relaxing time at waterlovers.  We are not very active so we basically sat around and we were left alone (which is exactly what we wanted).  The Safari was brilliant, everybody at the camps was immensely friendly and really helpful.  They all seemed to know their stuff.  If we had to pick a favorite then it would be the Mara camp but the lion camp was brilliant as well. I even managed to drink some warm blood and milk which disgusted my new wife.We also did a balloon ride which I really enjoyed but I think Hannah thought was not as exciting as I did. We managed to see most things including a crossing and a leopard

Feedback - 

I'm back at work now and oh I wish I were still in Kenya!

Thanks so much for the arrangements, we had a magical time! Everything went smoothly except for the pole pole Kenya airlines that picked us up at Mara an hour and a half late. But our guide and driver waited with us the whole time so we didn't have to worry.

I really liked Samburu. Larsens was one of the most luxurious places I've ever seen and we became good friends with our waiter. It was a peaceful place and the people were so kind, greeting us with a smile all the time. I loved the desert like simplistic scenery. So I was amazed to see so many animals roaming in the mara. At porini camp we got to go on a full 12 hour game drive, a night drive, and had fun lunches with the hippos and baboons. I was shocked initially that the shower came in buckets and that will be something I'll never forget too! I took hundreds of pictures of the animals and it was great seeing them in action. But I also loved the people that took care of us at the camps.

I had a fabulous time and thanks again for helping to make it happen!

Feedback - Our stay at Water Lovers was awesome; we loved every moment of it and wanted to thank you for choosing such an exotic place. Riccardo and Valentina were a lovely and welcoming couple. Not to mention the staff who were all very nice. We shall definitely recommend Extreme Safari and Water Lovers to our family and friends and hope to be back some day.

Thanks for all your help organising the climb and The Zanzibari for us. 

Not one complaint. We were greeted at the airport by a very nice man and were then driven straight to the hotel. The company you use was leagues above the others. The guide and porters were very polite and we felt that despite being surrounded by other tourists, we were having our own little adventure. I was sick on the final ascent and was spurred up to the top and helped down by our fantastic guide. The whole experience was a huge success! Zanzibar. 

Shooting Star Lodge was fantastic as was The Zanzibari although due to it being less expensive we were expecting a slight downgrad. The bar was beautiful and it was nice to have a big pool. Eugene, the Manager was very helpful and organised trips most days that went off without a hitch. Thanks for everything. Billy

Trip - 6 nights Palm Beach House, Lamu - January 2010 

Feedback - Our stay in Lamu was fantastic.  What a place!  The guest house was perfect.  The location was awesome, right in the heart of old Lamu, about a 5 minute walk to the harbour (along with the bars, restaurants, shops, etc). The place was in perfect condition, all amenities were really new and certainly up to par.  The top floor of the house (unfortunately the only part we didn't have access to, except for our first night there) was absolutely stunning.  Incredible views, tons of space, beautifully decorated.  The rest of the house followed suit, but didnt compare to the "penthouse". It was a great experience.  News Years on Lamu is not to be missed.  WILD party on NYEs on the beach of Manda Island, directly across the channel from Lamu.  Never seen anything quite like it.  Next day the whole community, plus all the tourists, come out to watch the New Years Day Dhow race.  Awesome! Thanks again for all your help.  I certainly now know where to send people when looking for accommodation in East Africa

Feedback - Hi Extreme Safari. Thank you very much for organising such an amazing trip for us. The Sands was excellent and I didn't want to leave. We were lucky to get upgraded and had a stunning room. The safari was also the best! Mara Porini is simply gorgeous and the staff are so attentive. The even baked me a cake for my birthday. Our driver (Ben) and spotter (Stanley) were so knowledgeable and the conservancy was teeming with game and we were the only vehicle in sight!I saw the BIG 5 on my birthday and we had lunch under an accacia tree where I opened my presents. Best birthday ever! I can't wait to come back. Oh yeah and I loved the night game drives. Thanks again, Emma

You were quite right to recommend  Porini , it was exactly the kind of experience we were looking for.

Mountain Bike Holiday - 6 day Mt Kenya and Laikipia Mountain Bike Safari, August 2009l

Feedback - Marc the trip was fantastic. Nick was great and went to great lengths to ensure that his guests get what they need/want. He is a great guide and clearly knows the people, the language and the area VERY well. Everything re the bike rides was very well organized. They were brand new and very high end top level XC bikes. The riding was entirely XC, it was basically dirt roads and gave us the opportunity to see more people, more villages and more wildlife.

Forest Camp was fine.  Very rudimentary lodging, fine for a night. Ol Gaboli was nice, I really liked the bandas and the location.  Nick's cook Michael is very good.  We really enjoyed his cooking.  Loisaba Star Beds was incredible.  Beautiful lodging, great food and great staff. The game drives at star beds were great.  Uncrowded (no other people) and plenty of wildlife.  Very good guides.

In general, the trip surpassed my expectations.  There is part of me that would have liked more 'challenging' mountain biking, but i am not sure that is a realistic expectation.  In addition, more difficult mountain biking would likely take away from your ability to soak in your surroundings as you ride.

You should not hesitate to recommend this tour or something similar to physically fit bikers.  It is XC riding and advanced bike handling skills are really not necessary, you need to be someone who can ride bikes for relatively long distances over relatively smooth dirt roads.

Thank you so much for your efforts in putting this trip together.  Myself and Marika both loved Africa and are already talking about going back. Thank you very much for putting up with our numerous requests and multitude of questions.

I would rate your service as 5 stars.

Hands down, the coolest trip I've ever taken, and I already cannot wait to do it again....

Feedback - Hi Marc. I had a great trip thanks. The beach was FANTASTIC. Just the break I needed. The diving was good, friendly and competent staff etc. and the coral and fish were very diverse. All good.
