Motorbike Safaris
Fully-supported motorbike safaris in Kenya or Tanzania. We use Suzuki 350 DR SE bikes (or similar for our safaris) and safaris take place in and around the Masai Mara, Mount Kenya and Laikipia, Great Rift Valley, Kenya Coastal Region and Kilimanjaro and Tanzania.
In Northern Kenya we have a ranch where you can learn to ride KTM enduro and moto-cross bikes and take part in a number of different activities, including horseriding, and bush-walks.
The Moto-x safaris can be adapted to meet your particular requirements and level of off-road experience. Most trips are for a duration of 8-10 days but shorter/longer trips can be organised by prior arrangement.
Accommodation is in a mixture of fly-camps (dome tents) and luxury (permanent) tented camps or safari lodges.
Safety + Comfort - each trip is fully supported by a back-up 4x4 vehicle, and a support crew of 5 staff : a driver, mechanic, cook, camp attendant and doctor. The doctor is linked by radio to " Flying Doctors ", an air rescue organisation operating within Kenya and Tanzania.
Prices - a 10 day motorbike safari from Nairobi to Mombasa via the Great Rift Valley, Kilimanjaro, Tsavo and the Taita Hills starts at US$2,250 per person (based on 7 riders in the group). An 8 day motorbike safari starts at US$1,700 per person (based on 7 riders in the group). For groups with fewer riders the price increases incrementally - i.e. for 4 riders the 10 day trip would be US$2,900 and the 8 day trip US$2,200).

4x4 safaris
Self-drive, guided 4x4 safaris in Kenya, Uganda or Tanazania. Our drivers will teach you how to handle a 4x4 in a variety of different terrain, from steep ascents to muddy tracks and river crossings. You will be taught how to approach wildlife, how to avoid hazards, and how to winch your vehicle out of a sticky situation. Naturally the key focus of the trip will be to explore Africa and to see the wildlife - you will spend a couple of nights in 2 of the major game-parks, chosing from the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo, Samburu parks in Kenya or the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The Rhino Charge
The Rhino Charge is a competition run every year to raise funds for the Rhino Ark charity. The event comprises some 55 teams performing what can be described as Orienteering in 4x4 vehicles in some of the most rugged terrain in East Africa
